Where Have All the Nurses Gone?

Perhaps unsurprisingly, there’s no one single reason.

Using the ShiftKey App to bid on open PRN shifts has been absolutely amazing. I’ve been a CNA for about six years, and discovering the app has really changed my thoughts about traveling and other ways I can take control of my own career.
I love that I’m empowered to arrange my own schedule, contact facility staffers myself, and of course reach out to Ivan and the help desk—they answered all the questions I had within two minutes!
The rates are amazing, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the hard work that Ivan has put into giving us all these different facilities as options. He really puts his time into getting new facilities onto the platform—from long-term care and assisted-living facilities to rehab centers and even hospitals.
Using the ShiftKey App has changed my life significantly. I can spend more time with family—especially with my son, who means everything to me. I used to work 16-hour shifts, six to seven days a week, making half of what I make now working just 8s and 12s, with at least two days off.
I can do more for myself after a shift, as well. I just wanted to say thank you to Ivan and everyone on the ShiftKey Team. You guys are amazing, and it really makes me emotional to see what a difference it’s made in my quality of life.
